Anger can arise from a person at any given moment. Anger can be triggered by various reasons such as resentment, someone betraying another person's trust or not following through with something that they promised to do, or being jealous of another person. These are only a few issues that can arise and cause one to become angry.
There are several types of anger that people demonstrate. People express their anger in many different ways. These include sudden anger, hidden anger, moral anger, hate, sneaky anger, deliberate anger and addictive or compulsive anger.
Anger can be healthy for a person if they learn to control it. If anger is dealt with accordingly, issues that brought on the anger can be resolved and the person can then get their emotions back under control. When anger becomes habitual, or someone is angry on a daily basis, then they should seek professional help and find out the underlying source of why they are constantly being angered. If anger is not brought under control, devastating acts of rage can become uncontrollable and even cause harm to another person.
Anger is an issue that we should not try to avoid or hold inside of us. When anger can be faced and dealt with at the moment it strikes, the reasons for becoming angry can be talked about with others who may be involved in the issues. By talking about the reasons for the anger, the issues can be worked through and progress can be made in resolving the issues that caused the anger.
